About the Author
 W. DAVIS FOLSOM is Professor of Marketing and Economics in the School of Business at the University of South Carolina–Aiken. He is involved in both local and international consulting and research activities and is the coauthor of Understanding NAFTA and Its International Business Implications (1996) and International Business Agreements in the People’s Republic of China (1996).
